Returns and Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped out from our warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada on Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays such as Memorial Day and Thanksgiving.  We may also ship orders from our inventory at Amazon.

If we receive your order before 10:00am US Pacific time, our team will make their best effort to ship the same day. 

We offer many choices for you to select your preferred shipping option, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  The delivery time is dependent on the carrier, and a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is available for your order.

RETURNS

If you are not happy, we are not happy. Please return the product within 15 days for a full refund. No questions asked!

If 15 days have gone by since receipt of you purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

To request a return, please email help@hypergo.com first with your order number and explanation for the return. We will review your request and get back to you within five (5) business days with instructions for the next steps.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refund Status:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@hypergo.com.

Sale Items:
Any items purchase at a discounted rate will be refunding at that sale price and not at the standard MSRP rate.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@hypergo.com and we will send you instructions on the next steps.

Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
